Drop-Off and Condition Check

You bring the car to our Dianella studio and Quoc walks around it with you. We note existing damage, identify the areas that need the most attention, and confirm which tier fits your car's condition and your goals. No surprises later.

Decontamination and Wash

We start with a full decontamination wash using a foam pre-soak, a two-bucket hand wash, and a clay bar treatment to pull bonded contaminants from the paint surface. This step sets the foundation for everything that follows and is what separates a real detail from a drive-through wash.

Paint Correction or Polish

Depending on your chosen tier, we machine polish the paint to remove swirl marks, water spots, and oxidation. We work panel by panel under dedicated lighting so nothing gets missed. For Showroom tier, this is a full two-stage correction.

Full Interior Detail

Every surface inside the car gets attention. Seats are vacuumed, shampooed, or conditioned depending on material. Hard surfaces, door pockets, and vents are cleaned and dressed. For Showroom tier, we use a steam cleaner to sanitise and extract deeply embedded dirt and odour.

Protection, Finishing, and Quality Check

Paint sealant or ceramic coating is applied based on your tier. Tyres and trims are dressed, glass is polished inside and out, and the whole car is reviewed under proper lighting before handover. We only call you when it is done right.

DriveHQ offers three tiers: Standard, Premium, and Showroom. Pricing varies based on your vehicle size and condition. We do not list fixed prices because every car is different. Get a free quote and Quoc will give you a clear figure before any work begins.
A Standard full detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours. A Premium detail runs 5 to 7 hours. A Showroom detail, which includes paint correction and ceramic coating, can take 1 to 2 full days. We will give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan accordingly.
A Standard detail with no paint protection typically holds well for 4 to 8 weeks with regular maintenance washes. A Premium detail with paint sealant can last 3 to 6 months. A Showroom detail with ceramic coating provides protection for several years depending on maintenance.
For best results, stick to regular maintenance washes every 3 to 4 weeks using a pH-neutral shampoo and a two-bucket method. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes as they reintroduce the swirl marks we just removed. We can advise on the right maintenance products when you pick up your car.
Quoc stands behind every detail that leaves the studio. If you notice something we missed within 48 hours of pick-up, bring it back and we will sort it. Ceramic coating applied in a Showroom detail comes with its own manufacturer-backed durability warranty, which we will walk you through at handover.
